Like most websites, our website uses cookies to help us understand how the site is used. This policy explains what we track and why.

What we track

We collect usage statistics such as which pages are visited, how often, and roughly where visitors come from (for example, a Google search or Facebook). These statistics don’t include your name or contact details.

Measuring our Google adverts

If you reach our website from one of our Google adverts, a cookie records that you came from an advert. If you then send an enquiry, or tap our phone number or WhatsApp link, Google Ads counts it as a response to that advert. This tells us which adverts are worth paying for. None of your details (name, email, phone number or address) are sent to Google, and we do not use this for personalised or remarketing adverts.

Session recordings

If you accept cookies, we record how you use our website: the pages you visit, where you move, scroll and click, and how the page looked at the time. This helps us find parts of the site that are confusing or broken, such as a form that’s hard to fill in. Anything you type into a form is hidden before it leaves your device, and email addresses and phone numbers shown on the page are blocked, so recordings never contain your enquiry details. We also don’t record our staff areas.

Recordings are stored in our own Google Workspace account, can only be watched by our site administrator, and are deleted automatically after 90 days. We don’t use them to identify you, and we never share or sell them. If you reject cookies, nothing is recorded.

How we use it

This information is used only to measure performance and improve the visitor experience on our website. It is not used to identify you personally.

Who handles the data

Analytics and advert measurement are handled by Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads). Session recordings are handled by us and stored in our Google Workspace account. Our website is hosted by Base44. These companies process the data on our behalf, and some of it may be stored outside the UK under the legal safeguards UK law requires. We never sell it.

Managing cookies

These cookies and recordings are only used if you accept them using the banner. If you reject them, nothing is tracked or recorded. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent, we stop tracking and recording from that point. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings.
