Velux Windows & Roof Lanterns

A roof window is one of the simplest ways to bring daylight into a loft room, landing or bathroom. Roof lanterns do the same for flat-roofed extensions and kitchens.

We install new Velux roof windows and bespoke roof lanterns, and replace old roof windows that leak or let in draughts, with the flashing fitted so they stay weathertight.

Dormer Builds & Orangery Roofs

A dormer adds headroom and floor space to a loft or top-floor room, and a well-built one looks like it's always been part of the house. Orangery roofs bring light into a new living space while keeping it warm and weathertight.

We build dormers and orangery roofing structures with the same craftsmanship as the rest of our roofing, finished to suit your property.

How much does a roof window or dormer cost?

It depends on the size and type of window or dormer, the roof it's going into, and access. Fitting a single roof window is a very different job to building a dormer.

Many roof windows and some dormers can be built without planning permission, but it depends on your property and location, for example in a conservation area. We'll talk it through when we look at the job and give you a clear, free quote.

We recently had a leak on our commercial building. The Yeti team spared no time in jumping to my aid and made an awesome job at a really decent price. I was even offered finance if needed! Top job by some top men.
